we have worked diligently to create a cake menu which will satisfy our customers' needs. We are known for our fine cakes and we don't take this lightly. Quality and freshness are inseparable. We make wonderful cakes for you to share with the special people in your lives, at significant moments, or just because. We are a small community bakery with the craftsman's attitude. Swiss Black Forest

Vanilla Marquis

We know most people aren't thinking of banana cake, but we have to tell you, this is a staff favorite here at the bakery. Ripened bananas give this cake terrific flavor and our butter rum frosting sends this cake over the top.

Coconut Cream

We love the honest, light sweetness of coconut so we have baked coconut shavings right into the cake. This cake will be a dense and toothsome cake. Toasted coconut shavings also adorn the delicious coconut frosting so that flavor whispers in every bite.

French Rum Raspberry
